Tawakkalna App can be registered by following people in Saudi Arabia:

– Visitors holding Visit Visa along with their passports details
– Iqama holder using their Iqama ID / Iqama number
– Expatriates who are in Huroob (Runaway Status)
– Saudi Residents whose Iqama is expired
– Citizens of GCC with their GCC card number.

Register on Tawakkalna App using Absher account:

1) Download the Application from Google play or AppStore
2) Click on Sign-up
3) Register a new user and enter the required information such as Iqama number , date of Birth
4) You would receive a verification code on your mobile number registered in Absher
5) Select you exact location on the map and answer few health questions
5) Identify the sponsors and dependents in the same place of your residence (Family – Domestic workers)

Once you’re done with this process your Tawakkalna app Registration is completed successfully

Register on Tawakkalna App using Absher account without Absher account:

Tawakkalna Registration can also be done if you don’t have an Absher account. Your registration in the Tawakkalna application requires Recommend to you through one of the registered in Absher Through the mobile identification service for the Tawakkalna application, which is included in the platform’s services, Where it can be accessed via the following method

This method is used to register dependents with the tawakkalna app in which a Absher account holder will verify the mobile phone number you’re going to register or use with Tawakkalna belongs to you itself.

How to verify Mobile number for Tawakkalna App registration

1) Log in Absher using www.absher.sa
2) Click on individuals
3) Go to my services then services then general services
4) Click on Register A Mobile Number for Tawakkalna
5) Fill in the three main fields (ID/Iqama number, date of birth and mobile number)
6) The person who does not have an Absher account will get a verification code , after which the identifier will be able to complete the identification process.
7) After completing the identification process, you will receive a message on your phone stating that you can register in the Tawakkalna application.

Visitors Registration on Tawakkalna App:

1) Fill in your personal information Passport number, Phone Number, Date of Birth and your Nationality.
2) You will receive a verification code via SMS.
3) Enter the verification code.
4) Create a password of 8 or more characters.

At times many people will also get an error message like “You cannot certify a person who is outside Saudi Arabia” while registering for Tawakkalna app, but if you keep trying for 4-5 times, it will also certify a person who is outside Saudi Arabia

Tawakkalna App  (Covid-19 KSA) is the official app in Saudi Arabia which has been approved by the Saudi Ministry of Health to prevent the spread of coronavirus, and was developed by the National Information Center (NIC) in KSA.

It has been made mandatory for all Expatriates & Citizens in Saudi Arabia who are working in government and private sectors in the Eastern Province to download and activate Tawakkalna App to prove their health status before entering their offices effective from Sunday.

Register on Tawakkalna without Absher Account

Application is now required for anyone seeking to gain entry in shops, restaurants, Shopping Malls & public places. This upgrade pf App will help everyone and ease many of the issues that have arisen since the new rule took effect earlier this year.

The “Mobile Number Identification” service in Tawakkalna application enables any expatriate and resident to recommend any person; be it a dependent, sponsored, or any other person who does not have an account in Absher, by identifying his mobile number directly through the application, so that he can register without the need for a recommendation from the Absher platform.

This app was launched to keep residents, visitors of the kingdom safe and all the residents to adhere to precautionary measures issues by the Ministry.

The cases seems to be increasing in the kingom (KSA). So, we request everyone to be Safe and maintain distance while at public places.

All Citizens od Saudi Arabia, Saudi Nationals and other GCC country citizens can also register in Tawakkalna using their Nationa OF or Gulf ID.

Only Expats who are on Final Exit Visa will be unable to register.

It is also permitted for people those who are staying in the Kingdom on visit visas to register on the tawakkalna application. For this, their presence in the Kingdom is required then only they can register. A visit visa holder needs to enter information such as passport number, date of birth (DOB), nationality, mobile phone no and password.

All the services will be provided through the Tawakkalna website as well as the application for smartphones.

It is also mandatory for people visiting Malls and Public places to have this app installed.

This application provides instant and live information about the number of coronavirus infections in the Kingdom, and helps in the early detection of possible infections once users show coronavirus symptoms. It allows citizens and residents to request movement permits in cases of necessity during curfew; follow-up on their permit request status during curfew; and notify them when they are close to infectious or isolated areas. Through the app., they can also report COVID-19 suspected cases to help individuals receive the health care they, or others, need.

Tawakkalna app will be used for movement permits across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in COVID-19 situations. This app aims to manage the Curfew movement permits system government entities, and private sector enterprises, during the curfew time in KSA.

Tawakkalna App for Curfew Permits

Tawakkalna application purpose is to make all Curfew movement permits electronic and unified.

At this stage it is only dedicated to a selected group of government and private sector employees that are exempted from the curfew, and individuals who have medical appointments and couriers, to enable them to issue e-permits.

The next upgrade or version of Tawakkalna app will also include services to individuals who apply for Curfew movement permits.
