<\/p>\nExpat Levy for companies where in no of Expats are high than Saudi is more when compared to other companies where no of Saudis are more than Expats.<\/p>\n
If a Company is having more than 50% Expatriates than Saudi Nationals; The Expat Levy will be SR 400 per month per worker from January 2018.<\/p>\n
If a Company is having equal number of Expatriates & Saudi nationals; The Expat Levy will be SR 300 per month per worker from January 2018.<\/p>\n

If a Company is having Less Expatriates compared to Saudi nationals; The Expat Levy will be SR 200 per month per worker from July 2018 and will gradually increase till 2020.<\/p>\n
If you don’t have information on Small Establishments where there are less than 5 employees, Expat levy is exempted on those establishmentsm as per the Ministry of Labor & Social Development.<\/p>\n
For companies or Establishments where there are upto 9 employees, those companies will only for pay Expat levy for the employees excluding 5 employees, provided the owner of the company must be a Full-time employee.<\/p>\n
