Riyadh to Jeddah Hyperloop<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\nHyperloop technology can bring revolution in the field of transportation and travelling as per the sources. It can enable the travelling of passengers through tubes or tunnels from which most of the air has already been removed to reduce friction and enables the pod shaped vehicles to travels at upto 750 miles an hour. Instead of utilizing the wheels similar to a car or train , these pods are designed in such a way that they float on air skis, it is very similar to the basic principle idea of magnetic levitation to reduce friction.<\/p>\n
This idea is being studied by most of the companies to turn it into a functioning commercial system and get benefitted from it. The country is also looking at this technology to succeed so that it can get some major economic benefits .<\/p>\n
An exhibition is to be held on March 10-13 at the Jeddah Center, where the\u00a0 Arabian Gulf Company\u2019s Vice President Colin Rhys, will speak for forums and events.<\/p>\n
As per a statement released by the organizers of the Big Saudi 5 , Rhys is expected to demonstrate how the hyperloop technology can help and support Saudi Arabia\u2019s Vision 2030 program.<\/p>\n
There is a graphic which is published alongside of Rhys\u2019 Speech which putting light and describing the details of a GCC alignment route. This showcases the stops at the Red Sea Project, NEOM, Abu Dhabi , Jeddah , Makkah , Riyadh , Kuwait City and Muscat.<\/p>\n
The main aim of the Hyperloop technology here is to save the travelling time from Riyadh to Jeddah to 46 minutes.<\/p>\n
This also enables the passengers to utilize the network by travelling in vehicles that are pod-shaped from Riyadh to the Kingdom\u2019s NEOM giga project in just 58 minutes.<\/p>\n
Rhys also concluded saying that this infrastructure scheme will also encourage Saudi to adopt emerging technologies.<\/p>\n
In order to import and export goods at a rapid speed , Rhys said that the Hyperloop will create a \u201cmanufacturing hub \u201c in the Kingdom.<\/p>\n
This system will make a way for Saudi Nationals to get high tech job opportunities and also be helpful in the upliftment of gross domestic project.<\/p>\n
The company has partnered with the Prince Muhammad Bin Salman Foundation also known as (MISK) last year to provide 21 internships at its Los Angeles campus in the US , just to make sure that this technology is an advantage for the young Saudi\u2019s and are getting benefited from Virgin Hyperloop One\u2019s expertise.<\/p>\n
