The benefits are calculated based on the employee&#8217;s basic salary, length of service, and the date of termination of the contract. EOS benefits will applicable in both the situation as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>In Case of Resignation:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Scenario 1:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As per the Article 85 of Saudi Labor Law, If an employee resigns in less than 2 years of work then he will not be entitled for End of Service (EOS) benefits.<br>\nTo get these benefits he should have to complete minimum 2 years of employment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Scenario 2:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As per the Article 85 of Saudi Labor Law, If an employee stays and works in the company for more than 2 years and less than 5 years. He will be entitles to<br>\nget 1\/3rd of his EOS benefits.
