Employees working in Saudi Arabia<\/strong> are entitled for Vacations, Holidays and leaves for specific ocaasions as per the Saudi Labor Law.<\/strong> Its important to know about Vacations details & Leave Policy for employees so that they can avail after knowing how many days of vacations they can take and utilize them properly.<\/p>\n

It is Employee’s General Rights & Duties to avail all of these during working in Saudi Arabia.<\/p>\n

\"Vacations<\/p>\n

Here are the details of Vacations as per Saudi Labor Law:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Annual Vacation:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

– An Employee can avail leave a minimum of 21 days to maximum of 30 days of annual leave. If an employee works for
\nmore than 5 years then this annual leave shall be paid in advance<\/p>\n

– An Employee cannot encash their leave and have to avail their leave in the period of his service.<\/p>\n

– An Employee will be entitled for encashment, if he doesn’t take such leaves and works in these days. However, he
\nis also entitled to a leave pay for the parts of the year in proportion to the part he spent at work.<\/p>\n
