If an employee works for<br \/>\nmore than 5 years then this annual leave shall be paid in advance<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; An Employee cannot encash their leave and have to avail their leave in the period of his service.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; An Employee will be entitled for encashment, if he doesn&#8217;t take such leaves and works in these days.
